At Swag Boutique, we understand how frustrating it can be to find the perfect outfit, only to discover that it's out of stock in your size. That's why we offer pre-order for items that are currently out of stock. By pre-ordering, you ensure that you don't miss out on your favorite pieces. Once your order is placed, we'll reserve your items and ship them out as soon as they become available. Our pre-order service is designed to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, so you can shop with confidence knowing that your desired items are on their way to you. SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping policy is super simple!!

All our products are shipped from our facility here in Texas. We offer a flat rate of S7.97 for all shipping & handling to anywhere in the USA! As an added bonus, once you pay the $7.97, all orders placed within the next 12 hours ship for FREE!

We understand you are excited to get your Swag Boutique goodies... who wouldn't be? That is why we make every effort to ship your items as quickly as possible! We typically ship within 1-3 business days of your order!

Keep in mind that your order(s) will be shipped to the address listed in your account at the time your order was placed. Once orders have been placed, we are unable to alter or cancel them in any way. In order to best serve our customers and ship orders in a timely manner, we cannot make adjustments prior to the package shipping out. However, we are always ready to help offer extra sizing information and advice. Never hesitate to reach out about the best way to handle your individual situation.

How do I check my order status?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking page to watch the status of your order.

For those of you who live in the Wichita Falls, TX area, we offer the option of local pickup. Please contact us via swagsurpluswf@gmail.com for instructions.

IMPORTANT: Due to space limitations, items that have not been picked up within 30 days from the date they were ordered will be considered abandoned so PLEASE don't forget to pick up your goodies!

We have many payment options you can use. You can use Visa. Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Can I return/exchange my order from Swag Boutique?

We hope you enjoy your order. but if you need to return an item, we'll be happy to issue store credit in place of the item. 

​

We offer online store credit for all returns.

​

All items must be returned to us with the Invoice and in the original condition, they were received. Returns are due at 2901 Garnett Avenue Suite 200 Wichita Falls, TX, 76308 within 30 days of the order date and an online store credit will be issued once processed! Credit will be applied for the price of the item and will not include any shipping and handling charges.

 

We will email you once the online store credit has been issued.

Items Eligible for Return:

​

• Online merchandise returned within 30 days of the shipped date

• Items must be unworn, unwashed. and unaltered

. Items must have original tags attached.

. Items must be stain-free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)

. Items must be odor-free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)

. Shoes must be returned with no signs of wear.

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

​

• ITEMS DISCOUNTED ARE A FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

​

Black Friday Doorbusters are considered FINAL SALE.

. Beauty Products (i.e. brushes, sponges, make-up erasers, hair towels, etc.)

. Face Masks

. Undergarments

. Bodysuits

. Items that have been exchanged

. Any other item deemed "non-returnable” by Swag Boutique

The above items listed are merely an example of Final Sales and shall not constitute an exhaustive list of Final Sales or "non-returnable" items. Swag Boutique reserves the right to deem ANY sale as "Final" even if not marked as "Final" and reserves the right to classify any item as nonreturnable at its discretion. If any item does not meet these guidelines, it will not qualify as an acceptable return and no credit will be issued. The item will then be returned at the expense of the customer.

 

All items must be returned to Swag Boutique within 30 days of the shipped date. Please include the original invoice and any notes (email or written) as to why it is being returned.

Lost Packages:

We recommend insuring your package when sending it back. Swag Boutique is not liable for items that are lost while in transit.

Return Shipping Cost:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, please note the requested size on the invoice. Should the requested size be available. we will make the swap and send the new size out. If unavailable we will issue credit to the platform where item was purchased. You will be notified via email. Once an item has been exchanged, the item Is now FINAL SALE.
